• Memory Time: When the countdown time is up, you can press any button on the top to pause the kitchen timer, and press the ST/SP button again to recall the last time you set.

When the countdown time is over, the timer will automatically start counting up, and the alarm will Rings/Vibrates for 1 minute (if it is in Mute mode, the screen will flash for 1 minute).
